CLIENT BRIEF

• Minimal, simple yet elegant kitchen design (no bland)
• Rich design and colour – not white
• Didn’t want to overspend as it is a 2nd home
• Island is a must
• Easy reach design required
• Fridge and pantry separated for unpacking groceries simultaneously

RESOLUTION

• The wall between the kitchen and dining was removed. The kitchen was relocated to dining space and vice versa to allow a rectangular kitchen space and free awkward angled walls from furniture.
• Kitchen designed to have minimal lines through negative detail design, hidden drawers, and fully integrated appliances.
• Deep charcoal colour/timber combination, patterned tile and lighting design provides contrast, interest, and depth to the simple design lines.
• Simple design allows for easy reach of all work/task zones.
• Fridge and pantry were separated to achieve simultaneous accessibility to space tower pantry and fridge/freezer.
