Your Kitchen Studio Journey

1. It All Starts With You

Your journey begins with a visit to one of our local showrooms — a place to be inspired and discover how the Kitchen Studio process works. Once you’ve booked an appointment, one of our experienced designers will visit your home to discuss your needs, explore your style, and show you what’s possible. Your kitchen isn’t just about beauty — it’s about creating a space that perfectly balances form, function, and your lifestyle, all within your budget.

2. Design Response — creating your plan

Drawing on extensive knowledge of current trends, materials, and innovative design solutions, your Kitchen Studio designer will translate your ideas into a unique, functional, and inspiring kitchen design. Every detail — from cabinetry style and benchtop choice to storage solutions, colour finishes, and appliance integration — is thoughtfully considered to bring your dream kitchen to life.

3. Showroom Presentation — refining the details

Now it’s time to see your vision take shape. In our showroom, your designer will present your new kitchen using advanced 3D imagery and real-life material samples, helping you visualise how it will look, feel, and function. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss and adjust any elements of the design. Even after this stage, you can still make minor changes and colour selections right up until manufacturing begins. Once you’re completely satisfied with the design, costings, and timeline, a deposit secures your order — fully protected by our Total Trust Deposit Guarantee.

4. Preparing to Build — final checks

Before manufacturing begins, our operations team will visit your home to double-check every measurement and assess the installation space. Your kitchen is then custom-built to your exact specifications and to Kitchen Studio’s renowned standards. We’ll keep you informed about the manufacturing timeline, delivery, and installation schedule so you can plan ahead with confidence.

5. Installation — coordinating perfection

When it’s time for installation, we can provide and coordinate all trades and contractors to ensure a seamless experience. Your kitchen components and cabinetry are thoroughly quality-checked before they leave the factory, and our trusted installers work efficiently to minimise disruption while your old kitchen is removed and your new one is installed.

The installation time will depend on your kitchen’s size and complexity. If you’ve chosen a stone, granite, or acrylic benchtop, a specialist fabricator will create a template at the end of the cabinetry  installation to ensure a flawless fit, with benchtop installation typically occurring around ten days later. (A temporary top can be provided if requested.)

Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated and informed — ensuring that, from first sketch to final polish, your Kitchen Studio experience is as enjoyable as the kitchen itself.
