A modern home, in a rural setting. The clients imagined a modern kitchen with a country twist. The brief was to create a space that incorporated a busy family life and entertaining guests, while maintaining all existing cabinetry carcasses.

The kitchen features an updated design with timeless and country-inspired details. The tall pantries are enhanced with Archant Berkley handles in antique brass, while a custom overhead cabinet conceals the rangehood for a sleek look. Dezignatek cabinetry fronts - Malaga profile adds rural character. The Dekton benchtop and splashback offers heatproofing, and durability. Gold sink and tap bring luxury.

The layout, with the sink, cooktop, and fridge, remains unchanged per the client’s request. The island boasts a Formica upstand, concealing clutter, with built-in power points for added functionality. The timber upstand creates an intimate bar seating area, for children or guests, while enhancing the herringbone flooring.
