Before choosing Kitchen Studio, Pervinder shopped around various kitchen companies, as a solicitor with good judgement and analytical skills, she insisted on a company who could tick all the boxes. Design was important, as was quality, and price is always an issue. Another factor was Pervinder had never worked on a renovation project before and was anxious about getting the right outcome, she certainly didn't want any hassle.

She chose Kitchen Studio because they had the perfect balance of quality and price, as well as offering a complete service, so she didn't have to worry about a thing.

Friends of hers were quick to point out their kitchen was cheaper but as Pervinder says, "I didn't want a kitchen that fell apart in a few months, you get what you pay for and I wanted top quality".

During the video interview Pervinder kept saying 'we decided or we wanted' when she referred to Delwyn the Kitchen Studio designer. When asked why 'we' was so important, she laughed and said she and Delwyn built up a friendship based on trust and it became more than just a transaction.
