On Tuesday at about 2.30, I rang your good selves with a problem with our kitchen which was installed by you just over 4 years ago, which by the way we are still totally happy with. One of your representatives, called that very afternoon to look at the problem which was a loose sink. I was not home when he came so I was unable to thank him personally. Please pass this on. The sink was fixed the following day along with some other items that I had not even mentioned when I rang.
This service was outstanding and is a total credit to yourselves. It's absolutely wonderful to deal with a company that provides such total support and I am sure that there are many many others that could learn from this. I am writing to thank you for our brilliant kitchen.
My husband and I have never renovated before so we were a little daunted at the prospect. To be honest, we wanted a new kitchen to appear as if by magic. Thanks to your efficiency and expertise, that’s pretty much what happened.
Your designer was exceptional. She listened carefully to what we wanted, then achieved it within our limited budget. She provided priceless advice and common sense combined with flair.
Your tradesmen worked miracles and were pleasant to deal with…and, unlike the home renovation shows on TV, everything fitted!
Ian and Flora were also extremely helpful and friendly.
From first consultation to installation took less than 4 weeks. We now have the kitchen we dreamed of and we find we are spending more time in it than ever before.
We wholeheartedly recommend the Kitchen Studio Carr Rd. They are real magicians.

This is a thank you note to say how thrilled we are with the kitchen now it is all finished. Thanks to your suggestion of new benchtop and new oven it has given us a lovely updated kitchen. We have the F7P Astro double oven and the Titan Iridium Ceramic cooktop (still learning to use both!!)
Peter the builder is an excellent tradesman and did a great job coordinating with the plumber and electrician. Brian the tiler I can recommend too. If you are ever out this way and want to take a look, you would be most welcome.
We can certainly recommend you and “Kitchen Studio.”

Dear Kitchen Studio (Mt Roskill)
We wanted to write to express our thanks for working with us to design and build our lovely new kitchen. We had initially planned to go with another Kitchen designer/installer that had been recommended to us. However wandering into your showroom in Mt Roskill one Saturday morning, I met Rosy Mitchell and she immediately impressed me with her friendly, professional approach, great ideas and willingness to listen to our needs and requirements.
When Rosy visited our house to view our kitchen and talk through ideas, I was very pleased by how happy she was to work on solutions to space/storage problems etc whilst still incorporating our other needs
and requirements. The design she came up with by far and away superseded the brief design we had been given by the other kitchen designer. We also really liked the fact that we were able to go into the showroom and view our new kitchen by using the modular blocks on our design, with Rosy’s help. Thus ,we were able to get a really good idea of things that we needed to amend to improve our design to even better meet our needs.
Our kitchen was ready within a four- week period and was ready on the exact date that we were originally given by Rosy. Unfortunately due to problems with the sanding process we had to delay the installation of our kitchen by a day, however both Ian and the installer were happy to be flexible and worked with us to get our kitchen installed the following day, which we appreciated!
The follow-up by Kitchen Studio, following both installation and payment has been great by both Ian and Rosy. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchen Studio Mt Roskill to our friends and family in the future. Thank you, we really love our new kitchen.

Thank you for the visit this morning and the lovely gift of goodies for the kitchen.
We would also like to thank you and the staff of Kitchen Studio for a very pleasurable experience during the design and installation phases of our new kitchen. We have completed the customer feedback survey but feel the service provided by you, Kevin, Todd, Peter and Hamish was exceptional.
All the team worked very steadily and we felt that the work was done in the minimum time and our house was kept clean during the process. We did not feel that we were being invaded by workers, rather visited by friends.
Now we have lived in the kitchen for a few days we find it a pleasure to use and the special features are great. We especially like the general layout which makes it easy to do kitchen things, the mondo, and the remote plug in the sink. We could continue in a similar vein but suffice to say the kitchen is GREAT.
