Operations Manager
Toby is our operations manager. He held the same position at Kitchen Studio Tauranga for four years. His shift to Hawkes Bay is simply for the better weather - less humidity and lack of wind.
Being both a qualified cabinetmaker and an experienced installer, Toby is a great asset to the Hawkes Bay team. Attention to detail and good design are attributes that Toby cares about. Communication is vital to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
Toby co-ordinates your new kitchen from check-measure through to ordering and installation. His role is a busy one liaising with suppliers, installers, plumbers, electricians and other trades depending upon the scope of your project. Toby makes sure they know exactly what is required and that they deliver or arrive on time. He keeps you, the client, informed of progress.
