For us, creating the kitchen was part of a bigger project. We were building a house and had the space where the kitchen would go but needed ideas on how to create something which was both functional and attractive and with so much to choose from out in the market, getting it right provided a challenge. We decided to approach Kitchen Studio because the brand had been around a long time and the ideas on the website made us feel confident.
Karen and Natasha were welcoming and very helpful from the start and Natasha was patient during our many visits to the showroom and subsequent emails when we had moments of doubt about how it was all going to fit together. We were able to visit the benchtop supplier and pick our piece of granite. As the project took shape Vince became involved and we could see Kitchen studio working together as a team, co-ordinating information on the appliances and giving advice on other detailing needed by our builder.
The result is a well built, attractive, durable and modern space where we will enjoy living and working for many years to come and we are pleased to recommend Kitchen Studio to others.

When we bought a house in Remuera, we had as a first priority to replace the existing aging and tired looking kitchen with a modern brand new one that would meet our needs for the years ahead. After a long search through the multitude of kitchen installation companies, we homed in on the Kitchen Studio. We were professionally and courteously received and from the design phase with Nisa to the project management and installation, all went smoothly and according to plan. We were particularly impressed with the level of detail and clear communication that was evident throughout the project - something sorely lacking in our previous kitchen refurb experiences. There was also flexibility in terms of last minute changes that we wanted in the design.
All in all a pleasant and professional delivery of service at a reasonable price and would recommend Kitchen Studio to anyone wanting to embark on a kitchen installation or refurb. We now have a modern well-constructed kitchen that has enhanced the overall look and value of our home.

Brian and I should like to thank Karen and the whole team for our wonderful kitchen. When we started this project it was more in dread of the total disruption and mess that would take place in our home and the thought of having to chase up tradesmen to complete the work or to come back to sort out the faults.
However, Kitchen Studio and their highly professional staff quickly dispelled these thoughts. We approached Karen for some ideas about two years before we were actually ready to start the project. There was no pressure or hard sales pitch just absolute understanding of the reasons for our delay. Once the decision was made to go ahead it all flowed together wonderfully.
From the start of the project, with the design process, where we made quite a few changes, they took control and made it an easy, straightforward and as pleasant a process as possible. Kitchen Studio did the planning, the project management and even helped in areas that were not part of the contract. You cannot ask for more.
All the tradesmen who came to the house were easy to deal with, produced quality workmanship first time and treated the property with respect. They all went out of their way to help and cleaned up before they left each day.
The overall result was certainly more than we expected both in experience and how it turned out. We now have a kitchen to be proud of, which is a pleasure to work in, built by a great team that we would highly recommend to anyone.

Having recently purchased a home we decided to replace the kitchen with a new, modern design. After careful consideration of a number of options we chose Kitchen Studio. The process was very successful, from the design stage right through to final installation.
We found their project management of the process extremely efficient and were fully informed throughout. Most people underestimate the inconvenience while their kitchen is out of commission and so we found it very comforting that there was a clear plan that coordinated each element of the project and that the installation was completed exactly on schedule. We engaged some contractors recommended by Kitchen Studio (such as electrical and others) This was very successful as they were well proven and easily incorporated into the plan by Kitchen Studio.
We are extremely happy with the quality of workmanship and look forward to many trouble free years in our delightful kitchen.

The advice Nisa gave us on our initial designs was invaluable. She had the ability to simplify problems and gave us great options regarding colour choices. We thought that we knew exactly what we wanted with our new kitchen, however after listening to the professional advice from Vince and Nisa we ended up with a far better design.
The workmanship of all aspects has been impressive. The tradesmen that were organised for electrical and plumbing work were also very easy to deal with and again gave us great advice on minor aspects that we hadn't thought of.

Working with Kitchen Studio on our design requirements within our space limitations was made so simple right from tailoring our design requirements, to installation and the finishing touches. Having the expertise to customise our kitchen design ideas and providing the knowledge for a functional and stylish kitchen was fantastic. Right from choosing our cabinetry, bench top, handles and drawer systems to the kitchen sink, the service was exceptional.

A short time ago we had a new kitchen designed and installed through your company. We would like to express our gratitude for the professional way in which you managed this process and the lovely, sleek new kitchen we have.
The designer, Alexis, came up with an amazing and very user-friendly layout, that we found very suitable. Our old brown kitchen has been transformed into a light and modern space with ample storage and counter space. Alexis was able to interpret what we wanted and needed and got it right the first time!
In addition, the tradesmen recommended to us by Alexis impressed us, the
Kitchen Installer, Plumber, Electrician and Rangehood Installer, were all remarkable and high calibre tradesman. They worked quickly and neatly and were willing to go the extra mile.
Finally, we think the best aspect of the installation was the Operations Manager Vince. He did an excellent job of coordinating the process and tying up loose ends.
Their was absolutely no hassles for us. We relied on him and the Team to make everything happen, miraculously.
We would definitely recommend others to use Kitchen Studio North Shore because of the ease of the process and the professional result at the end.

Dear Karen,
Initially we thought we would make a few improvements to our kitchen. It looked quite modern from the outside however over the years we found it very frustrating that it was awkward, old and not allowing us maximum storage.
When you saw our kitchen Karen you took great care in discussing what we were trying to achieve and recommended a totally new kitchen. This was a big decision for us but after a lot of consideration we took your advice and proceeded with a total installation.
At first it was a nightmare – emptying all the cupboards, removing the old kitchen, being without a kitchen while all this went on. You promised us it would be complete for Christmas and as the weeks came closer I must admit we were beginning to wonder. However, you stuck by your word. Despite a few glitches you went out of your way to ensure you met the deadline. You somehow managed to co-ordinate people and products. Not only did you meet the deadline but your assurances along the way gave us total confidence in what was being done for us.
The outcome was our beautiful new kitchen. Our little kitchen has been transformed into a fully functional space. The products used are top quality, workmanship excellent and many extras we thought we would never have are now in place. Every day we continue to get pleasure remembering how things used to be and what we now have. We feel so proud to show off our kitchen to our friends and I’m now not ashamed to open drawers and cupboards as everything has its place. It’s so easy to keep clean and has a more spacious feel but allows us so much more storage and ease for working in.
Thank you so much for all your good advice, your honesty and your willingness to work with us to achieve all of this. We would have no hesitation in recommending your company as truly the experts you are.

I was impressed straight away, with the service we received from Kitchen Studio North Shore.
On my first visit to the Showroom your staff member spent about 30 minutes with me and didn't even ask my contact details etc, so no heavy sales pitch and she was really helpful in focusing me on what I really wanted and the things to consider when making choices. About a year later (took a while to know what we wanted!), we went back after doing the rounds of other companies and put the wheels in motion.
Alexis visited us at home and again really helped us to focus on what our wants and needs were.
It is a small Kitchen, the result is really fantastic and it looks bigger than it did previously, despite the bench and the cupboard space being bigger.
It was great during the fitting, all the trade people were coordinated for us (which was a daunting task for us), the whole thing was finished within a few weeks, with the bones of it being operational within a few days. I have recommended Kitchen Studio North Shore to friends and if we had to choose again we would do exactly the same.

I am thrilled with the service we have received from Kitchen Studio. WE were having trouble coming up with a plan for our kitchen ( even with help from an architect) and after the 3rd unsuccessful plan was drawn up we asked Kitchen Studio to assist. Simon Standing, the designer, listened carefully to our requirements and came up with a great kitchen plan which is working well for us. He was fantastic to deal with, always approachable, and very patient and full of good ideas and suggestions. He pays attention to the small details that I don’t even think of! Simon & Kitchen Studios were great in developing a layout that worked for us and giving us ideas of what we could potentially do with the space we had available. We had plenty of choice available for colours and Kitchen Studios were able to incorporate the features we wanted very easily.

We wanted a new kitchen, but how would it be fitted into the awkward space that we had. We were lost for ideas however Alexis from Kitchen Studio came through for us. Alexis suggested ideas and put together a great plan, with types of drawers and cupboards that utilise the space that we have. There are corner cupboards easily accessed and drawers that close quietly and softly.
The installation went like a dream with Vince ensuring that all contractors, equipment and supplies arrived to schedule. We appreciated the follow-up later to make sure that we were happy and everything was up to our expectations. We can’t fault the workmanship and visitors often comment on our kitchen and the great design.

We have had a kitchen installed that we purchased from the Albany franchise. Our design consultant was a good listener and adviser. Together we worked a good solution for our new kitchen to maximise cupboard space and fit in the desirable features. Vince was a great installer along with the plumber and electrician arranged to do their parts. We have got all our cutlery, crockery, pots and pans reinstalled now. The only challenge is finding their new locations until we get used to them. The end result is all we dreamed of at reasonable cost and with great service.
