Total Trust Deposit Guarantee
In any circumstances where the Kitchen Studio Franchisee is unable to provide your kitchen the Kitchen Studio franchisor will at its discretion either;
a) Refund your deposit so paid
Or
b) At its cost arrange for the supply of your kitchen in accordance with the written contract and agreed design so entered into. The deposit already paid will be credited against the said contract ensuring that only the balance of the contract price remains.
The purpose of this document is to provide added protection for the Kitchen Studio Client at the point where a deposit is required to be paid as a normal condition of the sales contract.
