Guarantees in Uncertain Times
In the current uncertain times and when purchasing 'big ticket' items such as kitchens, we tend to rely on tried and tested brands. At Kitchen Studio we have been designing kitchens for New Zealanders for over 24 years and we back this experience up with a comprehensive written guarantee package.
The first part of our guarantee is the Total Trust Deposit Guarantee. As our kitchens are custom made, it is normal to ask for up to 50% of the purchase price as a deposit. Kitchen Studio's exclusive Total Trust Deposit Guarantee ensures that your deposit is kept in safe hands. In the unlikely event that something happens to prevent your local Kitchen Studio franchise from completing your kitchen, Kitchen Studio Head Office will either refund your deposit or complete the kitchen to your agreed plan.
The second part of our guarantee package is our Total Trust Guarantee which covers the quality and workmanship of our cabinets and benchtops, hardware such as drawer runners and hinges, appliances and accessories and installation. Our cabinetry is guaranteed for 10 years (and our experience has shown that they often last much, much longer). Many have tried to copy our guarantee package but none have come close. when a contract is signed and a deposit paid,
